Sublet

The terms of the proprietary lease prohibit subleasing of your apartment.  However,  in order to provide greater flexibility to shareholders, The Sherwood may allow shareholders to sublet their apartment under certain conditions, for a limited time, and at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
